Choose your document type

Rafter is organized into three areas: Proposals, Safety, and Field Docs. Pick the category and then the specific document you need. There are 10 document types in total — everything from a bid to a closeout letter.

2

Fill in the form — type or talk

Each document has a short form with only the fields that matter for that specific document. For the main description fields, you can tap the mic button and just talk through what happened. Rafter transcribes it and uses your exact words.

Rafter writes the document

Hit Generate and Rafter sends your notes to AI, which produces a clean, professional document using the language of your trade. This usually takes 10 to 20 seconds. You don't need to review or edit the prompt — Rafter handles that.

4

Copy it or print it

Your document appears on screen, fully formatted. Copy the text to paste into an email or message, or hit Print to open your browser's print dialog — where you can save it as a PDF, print it, or send it straight to a client.
